why?
To participate in RECRUITMENT POSTERS FOR PEACE, a project of the American Friends Service
Committee*! We are asking talented college students to design posters that inspire young people to join the peace movement and submit them for possible exhibition.

WHAT WILL MY POSTER BE USED FOR?
Selected posters will be printed and framed alongside work from local high school students. These
posters will make up a rotating exhibit at participating schools in April 2009. Additionally, the posters will make up a final exhibition at the AFSC Annual Benefit in May that will be attended by 100+
donors and supporters of the peace movement.

What do i get for participating?
On top of letting your voice for peace be heard, you get the chance to have your work selected,
professionally printed and framed, and viewed by hundreds of people! Additionally, there will be CASH PRIZES for the most powerful Recruitment Posters for Peace! They are:
GRAND PRIZE = $500! 2ND PLACE = $250! 3RD PLACE = $100!

WHAT ARE THE DESIGN REQUIReMENTS?
Please submit your design no later than WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 28TH, 2009!
